This pretty china cabinet belonged to a client’s mother and was in need of some touch ups.  It had major water damage along the base and a few good scratches.  The glass insert details are so pretty rarely in such good condition at this age..  Many times I have to remove those because they are too damaged or one is missing.  The client already has many wood pieces in her home so she wanted this one painted.

It is now painted one of my favorite navy shades, Sherwin Williams Naval.  The hardware is not the original pulls but they are very similar.  The dark navy with the rustic brass is a great combination.  I love the contrast.

Gorgeous!  The client sent me this picture of the china cabinet in their home with the glass and shelves put in.

This is my favorite part.  Seeing pieces in their new homes looking fresh and happy.  That and seeing clients’ faces when they see their furniture for the first time after a major makeover.  I still get excited and nervous every time.

I hope y’all have a great week!
